Our Mission Statement

“One Team…One Mission…Excellence!”

The mission of Cradock Elementary School is too continuously and successfully: provide literacy across all content areas, implement instructional rigor, provide innovation, and develop leadership skills that will prepare our students to achieve academic excellence, to compete in the real world, and to become productive citizens of the community.

The vision of Cradock Elementary School is to create an environment conducive to teaching the head, the heart, and the hand; so that our students will develop self-discipline and self-confidence to learn to think, explore, create, and ultimately experience academic excellence.

Cradock’s beliefs are indicative of our commitment to high expectations for all students, commitment to excellence, and a committed community of learners and stakeholders working together for success through continuous improvement. We believe:

  • All stakeholders are responsible for student success.
  • Instruction must be rigorous, data-driven, differentiated, standards-based, and implemented with research-based strategies, curriculum, and programs.
  • Student success in meeting high standards requires input and support from the home and community.
  • Provisions for academic excellence for all students should be provided in a caring, healthy, safe, secure environment.
